To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Certain types of items like personal care products, undergarments, and customized items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please visit the Contact Us page on Brilliant Gadget and provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).

Once your return request is approved, we will guide you with the next steps, including pickup (if available) or shipping details.
3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
